Another sushi spot? YES. Another great sushi spot in Brooklyn. Bay Ridge, Brooklyn to be exact. In the heart of Bay Ridge to be even more exact. If you are from Bay Ridge then you might have heard of Inaka Japanese Fusion at some point. Either you were browsing through Grubhub or Seamless for some spicy salmon rolls and Inaka popped up. Might I mention that those are what I will forever recommend from them. I'll tell you that I have tried spicy salmon rolls from several other sushi places and have come to terms that they are definitely my favourite. Whenever I order, Anna which is one of the owners is such a delightful person to encounter. She and her husband both work there and I usually see their cute little children. They are an adorable family and I admire them. They even make YouTube videos as a family making sushi rolls together! That’s an awesome idea for families in the house during this pandemic. It is a great activity for all ages!

I have ordered from Inaka Japanese Fusion a great number of times, but I usually just get the same order every time.
